End of an Era
Last night we had the last farewell party with the Wildcats team. All the players and their families came to celebrate. A few of the players who were not on the team anymore also came. It was a bitter sweet night. Rod did such a great job with these boys. He tried to raise them as great men while competing in soccer. I think he succeeded.

Isn't it kind of a bittersweet thing to have it over? I am sure that Rod had a wonderful impact and made a great impression on those boys. He is a great person to look up to. I love the pic of Alex lying down to get wet. That looks so refreshing.
I love these pictures. What a great legacy Rod gave these young men. Being a coach is so much more than just teaching them how to play the game. I am sure that they will always remember him.
I didn't know that Rod was the coach. Congrats on such a great season. Alex is such a stud! Look out ladies!
How cute! I'm glad Rod was one of the coaches. He is awesome, and has such a neat and fun way of connecting with people. He could correct and guide without offending. It will be a great memory for Alex as well.
Alex looks great! Again, what an awesome kid you have. It just goes to show what great parents can do! :) You are an awesome family! We love you all!
