This is a house that I pass by every day on the way to and from work. Every spring when the snow has barely melted, this greener than green grass appears. You might not think it is not anything unusual, but if you live in the extreme cold temperature areas, go see your lawn right now. I bet it is as brown and gross as mine is. I want to know what kind of fertilizer this dude uses. Hey, it could be spray paint.

What the heck?! I thought our grass usually did pretty good in the "greening up after winter" department, but this guy's house is amazing! I think you should stalk his house to see if he uses Fertilawn or something.
Come on, you really aren't pulling a Marja prank to see how many people will fall for it are you? This lawn is just too green for March.
To answer Hilary's question about if I'm pulling a prank. No, this is a discussion item in the office because so many people are at awe of this lawn. The house next door has gross brown lawn. If you look at this picture, the leaves are not even on the trees yet. I took this picture 2 days ago. It is quite amazing.
