Farewell to a Trusty Friend

~Ode to the Bended Wire~

You hung there in the closet, bended into a wrong shape.
You were so needed, and patiently waited for a chance to escape.

The moment came and my MacGyver gave you that chance.
With the pliers and the tongue between his teeth, you were enhanced,

Rest of you disgarded as trash, trash, trash
For 10 years you kept the water in and out without a splash.

Until the time came when somebody else took your place.
Now you are lying there trying to save face.

No, no, you are not needed anymore.
Farewell. Farewell. Don't be so sore.
