Zija Alaska Cruise - Seattle

Our Zija Alaskan Cruise started on Saturday, July 7 when we flew to Seattle.

We were ready for some rest and relaxation with 300 people.

Luncheon with Jill, Jarom, Jayson, Jennilyn, Michelle, John, Rod, Ryan and Becky in the wharf.

Next morning we took this limo to the cruise terminal.

If you don't notice but Alex is eating grapes. I know it is hard to see them from all of his muscles.

Independence Day in America. We celebrate it with pedicures, shopping, golfing and fireworks.

After the men were done with golfing (and the girls were done with shopping), we met the men at Loco Lizard for lunch.

After Park City we drove back down home, hopped onto Rod's Harley and went to see the Stadium of Fire fireworks at BYU.

Alex brought his friends to sit on the blanket with us. Nick, Tyler, Alex, Manuel, Emma and McKenzie

Carsen is 16

Carsen turned 16 on July 3rd. We went to celebrate this awesome occasion at Brick Oven.

House Remodel - July 1

Painting has started upstairs with a direction of the Polish painter Stefan and his crew.

The office is getting primed.

Alex's room is primed and ready for gray paint.

Our beautiful tile floor in the kitchen/living room is finally finished. It was quite an ordeal to get it done because the floor was so uneven that the tilers had to level it as they went. It took about 2 weeks to finish it but it is so beautiful and we are so happy with it.

Tim and Dianne's Farewell

Tim and Dianne Jennings are leaving on a mission to Nigeria on July 9 as perpetual education missionaries. We got invited to their farewell on June 24th where they gave their talks and said good-bye to their friends and family for the next 18 months.

We want to wish Tim and Dianne good luck and many wonderful experiences in Nigeria.

Come home safely.

Zija Summer Party at Lagoon 6.23.12

It was a super hot day on Saturday, June 23rd when Zija summer party was held at Lagoon. There were over 300 people attending the corporate party and it was wonderful to see how much Zija has grown in the last 5 years.
